    What is the currency I see in the site?

    I just placed an order, when will it ship?
    We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Average shipping times are 7-12 business days.
    Tracking numbers will be updated 2-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at lalalouinfo@gmail.com

    I order the wrong item, can I return it, exchange it, or get a refund? Lalalou is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

    However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Lalalou offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team via email and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

    If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

    Please note that Lalalou will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. 

    I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
    We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, or an exchange if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
    Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

    Can I cancel my order?
    You are able to cancel your order with no penalty if you cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please reach out via email and we can discuss a resolution. 

    I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
    If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at lalalouinfo@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
