    Returns and Exchanges

    Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted. But if you have an issue with your order please contact us. As a print-on-demand company, all of our products are unique and produced only once ordered. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defected or damaged. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase to ensure that you have selected the correct size, color, and design.

    Defected or Damaged Items

    If you receive a defected or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will gladly assist you in resolving the issue. Please contact our team within 30 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo showing the defect or damage. We will review your case and offer a free replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

    In cases where multiple products with the same design are affected, we may require an additional photo or video showing all the affected items in one frame for confirmation purposes.

    Shipping Issues

    If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order. Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. It is essential to double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
